All three are cooling herbs that are known to be lymph movers which clear heat and stagnation. In addition, these beloved plants are deeply nourishing and moisturizing to skin.

Life saver for my pregnant body

Gentle Relief

I avoid breast self exams because they are so uncomfortable. I have been using this breast balm for months and it is so nurturing to the part of my body that represents nurturance.
